Past President Report

Collin was once again in the chair, as both President Cliff and President Elect Greg were victims of COVID.
 
Collin welcomed everyone and acknowledged the increased numbers. There were no recognised activities for the week, other than keeping away from COVID and the flu.
 
R100 Project
Collin provided an update on the R100 Lake Pertobe Project. The Club had committed $5 000 to Eastern Maar meeting place, a component of the Lake Pertobe redevelopment. It is proposed that the area will include Indigenous tree planting, message sticks, fire pits and seating.
 
 
Combined Probus Club - Koroit
He extended an invitation to members to attend the 16th Birthday Celebration of the Combined Probus Club Koroit on June 8, at the Senior Citizens Club commencing at 10.00 am

Members' Announcements

Orchids and Rocks
Noel reminded members he has about 40 orchids for sale or lease. $15 to purchase, $10 to rent, and all funds raised go into our club project account. He also indicated that he had a quantity of rocks available and was willing to deliver.
 
Blankets
Glen reported he had two pallets of blankets in his garage valued at $6 000. These will be distributed to St Vincents, the Salvation Army and Anglicare.
 
BBQ
John informed members there was a BBQ at the Warrnambool East Primary School on May 24. Five people required at 7.30 am
