President Jim attended and advised that the competition between the four Rotary Clubs to donate food was on again – more details to come.

Shelterbox
Bill, International Service Director, announced that RCWE had been awarded Bronze Champions by ShelterBox after donated 3 boxes in each of the past three years
He had also obtained some publicity material for display at Hole-in-1.

Rotary International has a separate theme for each month of the year. Coming to the end of November, we should all be aware that November has been The Rotary Foundation Month.
Moving forward into December, the theme for this month is Disease Prevention and Treatment. Looking at the Club Assembly Report which RCWE adopted as the plan for 2022-2023, the club is involved with the following programs which seem to be relevant to the December theme:-

# Let’s Talk – mental health issues
# Warrnambool Community Hospice
# Interplast – plastic and reconstructive surgery
# ROMAC – lifesaving and dignity restoring surgery
# RAM – prevention and treatment of malaria
